Beta Program Terms

These Beta Program Terms supplement the Terms of Use for users participating in an invite-only or pre-release Wavfolio beta.

Pre-release service

Beta features are incomplete, may contain errors, may change without notice, and may be unavailable or removed. Performance in beta does not guarantee future availability, compatibility, pricing, limits, or launch timing.

Use test judgment

You may use realistic project workflows, but you must keep independent copies of every uploaded file and important project record. Do not use beta as the only storage location for masters, sessions, stems, deliverables, contracts, or irreplaceable material.

Invite-only access

Do not publicly post staging credentials, private beta access instructions, or private project links. You may invite clients to production project pages only as permitted by Wavfolio and remain responsible for the content and recipients you select.

Feedback

You may submit suggestions, bug reports, screenshots, and workflow feedback. You grant Wavfolio a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use and incorporate that feedback without obligation to compensate you. This does not transfer ownership of your audio or project content.

Monitoring and support

To diagnose beta issues, authorized administrators may review logs, configuration, project metadata, and stored files when reasonably necessary for support, security, or repair. Access should be limited to the minimum needed and handled according to the Privacy Policy.

No service-level commitment

Beta has no guaranteed uptime, support response time, data-recovery commitment, or feature stability. Wavfolio may reset test data, revoke beta access, or end the beta at any time.

Confidentiality

Unless Wavfolio states otherwise, nonpublic features, roadmaps, security details, and private testing materials should not be publicly disclosed. This does not prevent you from reporting security concerns privately or exercising legal rights.

End of beta

Beta accounts may be moved to another membership level, restricted, or closed when the beta ends. Wavfolio will provide reasonable instructions for transition where practical, but you remain responsible for maintaining your own copies.
