Data and Account Deletion

This page explains how to request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of personal information associated with Wavfolio.
Delete individual projects
Eligible studio account holders can permanently delete projects from the Project Library. Permanent deletion removes the project record and associated Wavfolio-managed private R2 objects. Keep your own copy first. Deleted projects are not recoverable through the Wavfolio interface.
Request account or personal-data deletion
Email support@wavfolio.com from the address associated with your account. Use the subject “Wavfolio Data Request” and state whether you are requesting access, correction, export, account deletion, or deletion of specific client/guest information. Include the account email and enough project detail for us to locate the data, but do not email passwords or payment-card details.
Verification and timing
We may ask you to verify control of the account or email address and may request additional information when necessary to avoid deleting another person’s data. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and generally aim to complete verified requests within 30 days.
What deletion may include
Deletion may include account profile information, studio profile data, projects, private object-storage files, comments, messages, client/guest records, notification settings, and related application metadata. Payment, security, anti-fraud, legal, dispute, and transaction records may be retained when permitted or required.
Backups and logs
Deleted information may remain temporarily in encrypted or access-restricted backups and security logs until normal rotation or retention periods expire. It will not be restored for ordinary product use after a verified deletion request, except where needed for disaster recovery, security, or legal obligations.
Client and guest requests
If you accessed a project through a private link but do not have a Wavfolio account, identify the project, studio, name/email used, and approximate date of activity. We may coordinate with the studio account holder when the studio controls the relevant project data.
